ERC sets Installed Generating Capacity and Market Share Limitation per Grid and National Grid for 2024

The Energy Regulatory Commission (“ERC”) issued Resolution No. 2, Series of 2024 (“ERC Resolution No. 2-14”) last 12 March 2024 setting the installed generating capacity (“IGC”) per grid and national grid, and market share limitation (“MSL”) per grid and national grid for the year 2024, as follows:

The new IGC and MSL will take effect immediately following the publication of the resolution in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines. They shall remain in effect until the next adjustment, which may be on or before 15 March 2025.
