Ocampo & Suralvo Law Welcomes Mr. Anthony R. V. Jacoba as Partner

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Anthony R. V. Jacoba has joined Ocampo & Suralvo Law Offices as partner and head of our Dispute Resolution & Insolvency practice group, effective 1 October 2024.

Anthony brings a strategic, solutions-oriented focus to navigating legal challenges. He previously served as a senior associate at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan, where he contributed to significant litigation and arbitration matters, before transitioning into advising and representing clients in commercial disputes in various sectors such as financial services, real estate and infrastructure, energy, and technology. In addition to his practice, Anthony serves as a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law where he teaches evidence and other remedial law subjects. He graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2009 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010.

His expertise covers court litigation, regulatory investigations, commercial arbitration, shareholder disputes, cross-border insolvency and corporate rehabilitation, tax controversy, and anti-bribery and global compliance. He also advises on employment issues in the context of broader commercial disputes and corporate matters.
