DOLE Labor Advisory No. 03-2024: 2023 Annual Establishment Report on Wages

In line with Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended by Republic Act No. 6727 or the Wage Rationalization Act, all private establishments are required to submit an annual report on the verified itemized listing of their labor component, specifying the names of their rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices and workers with disabilities who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts, and their corresponding salaries and wages. 

For this purpose, the Department of Labor and Employment (“DOLE”) issued Labor Advisory No. 03-2024 requiring all private establishments to register and log in to the 2023 Annual Establishment Report on Wages (“AERW”) online portal through this link https://annualwagereport.nwpc.dole.gov.ph/aerw/. Said portal is available from 15 March 2024 to 15 June 2024. The AERW report for calendar year 2023 shall be as of 31 December 2023.
